  The worst Real Estate company I have ever dealt with. Not efficient with repairs, including urgent repairs, not friendly and absolutely terrible service. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would! Don't bother renting through Peard.. it's not worth it.. at all!

  Very unprofessional. Arranged a viewing via email to arrive at the property, continue to wait for the property manager to arrive. Contacted office to find no one is aware of what bookings are arranged and no interest in taking resposibility or rectifying mistake.
